OUR LARGE GROUP TRAINING IS A LOT OF FUN!  WORKOUTS CONSIST OF STRENGTH TRAINING, HIIT, CORE, GAMES AND AGILITY.  WORKOUTS ARE 45MIN LONG.  WE ARE ALSO A ZERO PRESSURE TO JOIN AND ALWAYS LEAVE OUR DOOR OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY WHO WHAT TO JOIN US AND FINALLY REACH THOSE HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS.
