All Personal Training clients are provided Customized Meal Plans, 6 Week workout programs, Client Tracking Sheet, Bi-Weekly Body Fat Testing and all the amentities our private studio offers.

           Sports Training

Sports Training is for our local atheltes looking to learn or improve in their specific sport(s).  We provide a private setting so that we can focus on our athletes and their specific goals.  Whether it be perfecting their swing or improving on their speed & agility.

           SATURDAY 10AM BOOTCAMP

Our Bootcamp is a high intensity workout.  We work in individual stations and also together.  We highly encourage our clients to take out bootcamp each Saturday to maximum their  fat burn.   It's another great way to get in extra workouts throughout the week.
